I have always loved smaller guitars - I have been making parlor guitars since the early 1970's.  Recently I have yearned to make something midway between a parlor and my concert size.  The guitar I have designed is roughly based on the Martin OO guitar.  One nice feature of this guitar is that it can readily be made with either a 12 or a 14 fret neck.  I am very happy with the outcome of my efforts, shown below.

Scale Length: 25.4 inches (can be 24.75)

Lower Bout: 14 3/8 inches

Upper Bout: 10.5/8 inches

Body length: 18.3/4 inches

Body Depth: 3 3/4 inches
