Jumbo 12 String. This guitar is being built as part of the Sonic Sitka project in which a number of guitars (about 80) are being built with tops from the same log. (for more on this project, look here: http://www.guitarbench.com/specials/sonic-sitka) This guitar is being built on my Small Jumbo shape with a 24.75" scale which I see as a 12 string that can be tuned to standard concert pitch. The back and sides will be nicely flamed South American mahogany and the binding will be bloodwood. It will have a cutaway. I expect to have it done and ready to show/see at this summer's Montreal Guitar Festival.
