HARP GUITARS
Some years ago a customer asked me to make a harp guitar. (the story of this is told in several pages starting HERE. I have always been interested in these wonderfully eccentric instruments since the most popular model of them, the Dyer Harp Guitars were named after Dyer Music a store in the twin cities way back then (They contracted with the Larson Brothers to make them). As a result there are probably more of these in the twin cities than anywhere else in the country and we have repaired many of them.
At any rate the first ones I made were wonderful and fun, so I have added them to my regular list of available models. Below are some photos which are hopefully self explanatory.
