Can my guitar be repaired?

Probably!  There are very few things which we can't fix, but it is not uncommon for an inexpensive guitars to be too expensive to repair.  But we don't charge for estimates, so feel free to bring it in for us to take a look, and we'll be happy to discuss your options.

How much will my repair cost?

Unfortunately, that one is hard to answer simply.  We have a price list on our repair services page, but it is only ever a very rough estimate.  Every repair is a bit different, and surprises do sometimes arise.  But once we've seen your guitar, we will be able to give you a solid estimate for everything which is visible.  Feel free to bring your guitar in any time we are open.

How long will my repair take?

We try to get the most common simple repairs finished in a week or two.  More complicated repairs will take longer, and some can take as much as a year, but those are unusual.  Setups usually are between 5-10 days.  Fret work is usually more like 2-3 weeks.  Neck resets and major finish work will take the longest, usually.  Precise turn around times depend a lot on the other work we have to finish up, of course, but we can usually give a decent estimate when you drop off the guitar.
